Shipping Information
As we are experiencing a large volume of orders, it may take longer for us to process your order and ship it to you. We are doing the very best we can and almost all orders are shipping out within 1-7 working days.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to advise delivery in time for Christmas without using the "Tracked" courier shipping option at the checkout. The last advised date for this is the 6th of December.
If ordering before the 6th, we are offering a money back guarantee on "tracked" orders if they are not delivered in time for Christmas, (please note that this excludes any pre-order items)
If you live in a region where only "Standard" shipping is available then we can now no longer advise delivery in time for Christmas.
